The Single Child Club (part 2)

Well..I would just want to say that the days that I spent studying was very exhausting. For your information, TOEFL is a really difficult standardized test or my teacher/lecturer like to call it 'The Silent Killer'.
Ok, moving on..

Being a single child. Pros and cons. Why is it different from any other child who has siblings?
Well, one thing for sure, we are safe from doing incest.
Just kidding. Being a single child can be stressful at some point of their life, either its the college life or the working life. You know, when someone is attending college people would put high expectation on their achievement. Also,people or the society expect you to get a good or a high paying job. Like seriously people, why do you expect much from us... We are a human being too... Well, actually its because of us being the only child, so people expect better from us so that we can afford anything, well not anything but you know what I mean.

The solution?( For single children only)

1. Try not to stress yourself out with the expectation that people put on you.
2. Not just get A hobby, get as many hobby that you can.
3. If you have nothing to do, do some housework. You get to do something and your parents would be glad. 

Actually, there are many thing that I want to write but I'm starting to get bored of this subject.

The Single Child Club

Well, I have just watch 'The Single Moms Club', so this has inspired me to write about me and my life as a single child. FYI, my mom is also a single mother, but now I'm not going to talk about her. So, to start, a single child do have their many advantages. For example, all the attention and love are going to be focus on you 'cause you ain't have any bro or sis anyway.

But I'm going to talk about the struggle of being a single child,such as being the only successor in the family. Well that does put some pressure on you. Yeah, it's like if you fail, your parent won't have anyone to count on to take on their legacy. Nah, it's actually that, if you fail in life, who gonna take of your mama or papa. That child won't be able to support his family and his/her parent, and you would not want him/her to choose. It would not be a good one, trust me. Being a single child myself, I always try to achieve the best and try to be a successful person physically, financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Next, as a single child in the family, they would face this very common disease, or would I just can call it loneliness. Being a single child would be great sometimes, but who you gonna talk to when your parent aren't there? That's the problem, you can't. Seriously, if you can, I can call you crazy and have to call a psychotherapist. Ok..back to the problem, being lonely. Loneliness is common among single children everywhere, unless they have very good friends, but scratch that. Having siblings to talk to can prevent the loneliness that they feel, but alas what can we do, unless our parent decide to have kids again, we are stuck alone. So, people always recommend me to find a hobby, it will make you forget that you're lonely. It works, but only for a few days, then I realized that I was still alone. Yeah, the parents have to take part to take care of their child loneliness. Take them on a vacation, hang out with them, take your time off for them. Seriously, it's not that hard. It will help your child more than you think

Movie review

Uhh..
I hate reviewing something... but I have to do it anyway...

Well to get started I'm going to make a review about the movie that just recently been in the big screen,
'Spy'.

How was the movie?

The movie was awesome!! Like seriously, if you like have something against an overweight women being a spy, then I would say you wouldn't like the freaking movie. Paul Feig did a great job on making this movie.
Full of action plus the comedy.... Action-comedy! OMG I love it!!!

Explain the movie?*spoiler alert

Well, it started with a desk-bound CIA agent, Susan Cooper, who's partner is a CIA agent. Secretly, she's is in love with him. But then, one day on a certain mission on investigating a certain dead criminal's daughter that was selling a tactical nuke, the CIA agent loss his life. Susan felt that she was responsible for all that had happen so she ask to take on the mission and became a spy to her director. The director was somehow reluctant to send her on the mission but somehow convince when she saw the training video of her at 'the farm'. Susan began tracking down the dead criminal's daughter potential buyer for the nuke. As the movie progress, Susan began to show another side of her that was kept silent for years. The movie ends with the criminal getting caught, and somehow the CIA agent that Susan thought was dead came back to live. It's a cliche' movie ending but who cares...

Seriously...

What do you call someone open-minded who doesn't accept someone close-minded?

Today is yesterday's tomorrow

Well, the title seems simple but it has a very deep meaning, so deep I can see adele rolling in it  like seriously. Why would I even write this kind of thing on my blog. Well, I would usually write poems, but just to be on a deep for one day. so I try to write type this very long and very boring essay. You could just say that this essay very long paragraph explaining something that could be said in just two sentence is just to make my blog much more interesting... or not.

I'm not that good in writing essay plus I hate writing/typing essays. Huh...Okay now..
Can I just... like... umm write a poem or anything instead...

Well it's been a long time since I post something on my blog. I know the only person who view my blog are only you madame but no matter. Since this counts as 15%  for my course work soooo... Refutation  is the act of refuting.....
not helping right?
Refutation is a noun but
REFUTE is a verb. Keep that in mind
Both mean to disproof of something. You know like stressing something isn't true.
Example of the usage of the word is like this:
The act of refutation of the people against the government act for the bombing of Times Square for security purposes.

Misanthrope
 Well....
Misanthrope actually mean a human who hates all of mankind as a whole BUT is not necessarily against having any friends.
A sentence with this word would be like:-

Hedonist
This is kind of a weird word 'cause if you search the meaning of this word on the web, you'll find the that it came from the word hedonism.
Hedonist is a person whose life is devoted to the pursuit of pleasure and self-gratification.
Ex. of sentence:
My mom always say to me to not be friend with him because he is a hedonist.

Anomalous
An Adjective
It means something that is unusual or to put it blankly
something that deviates from the norm.
Example of the usage of the sentence:
This is an anomalous situation we are in right now but we have to think fast on how to get that thing to stop even if things go out control.


Lastly....(finally)
Arcane
It is an Adjective...
It means something that is understood but only a few people.
Example of the usage of sentence:-
The procedures for the making of the serum was arcane and it was very hard to find the person who can perform it perfectly but finally the search was over.

I Funny (MAYBE)

GREETINGS MOURNERS.....


         Well if all you readers want to know, I STARTED COLLEGE!!!  (Well not exactly).Soooooo.... to start things up I have an English assignment that had been assign to me weeks ago. Not that I care . 

         Okay then, 'I FUNNY'  is a story about a handicapped boy who is kind of funny (in my opinion) and it tells the story of how he, Jamie Grimm, lives his life as an unknown comedian. But it all change when the fire nation attack he enters a stand up comedy competition ( without his friends and step-family knowing) and then somehow he won. It was a short victory for him because his step-brother, Stevie Kosgrov, a well known bully in his school spread rumor about him winning the competition by 'pity' points. But Jamie didn't even care about it.


        Well.that's some of the synopsis of the novel. I'm not here to tell all of you the synopsis of this story. What I really going to write about, is the review for this novel.

What I can say is James Patterson did o good job on writing this novel cause ( why do you ask?)  he wrote exactly(close enough) what is happening to teenagers nowadays in middle school. The pain and the suffering cause by the teacher and the bullies, and the sweet memories between friends.

   Okay... Now that's done, here is some weird words that I find new to me which is :-


COCKY-conceited or confident in a bold or cheeky way.
Ex. sentence: He is acting cocky because he know he is going to win the competition because the judge is his father


ANXIOUS-feeling or showing worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
Ex. sentence: John is anxious to know who is going to win the race
                 -very eager or concerned to do something or for something to happen.
Ex. sentence:I'm feeling very anxious about the upcoming festival because it's the best celebration in this town

PROVOCATION-action or speech that makes someone angry, especially deliberately.
Ex. sentence:Her provocation toward him made him mad but it did not last long
                                  -the action of arousing sexual desire or interest, especially deliberately.
Ex. sentence:Walking with deliberate provocation, she struck a pose, then giggled
